Moving, renovation and changes to a space may require specialist dismantling and installation work. 166 Usta offers the following services for these needs:

Each task requires its own plan. Materials, dimensions, weight, fixings and access conditions are assessed before work is agreed. Tell us which components should be retained and whether you intend to reuse them.
Existing signs may need to be removed when a shop is refurbished, vacated or rebranded. The fixings, supporting surface and sign dimensions determine the scope. Electrical connections and work at height, where relevant, require separately agreed preparation.
Physical removal and installation can be planned when an ATM is relocated or a site is reorganised. Requests must be coordinated with the equipment owner or an authorised representative. Responsibility for power, communications, security systems and commissioning is clarified beforehand.
The instrument model, dimensions and access widths affect the plan. Removable components are assessed according to the instrument's construction. Surface protection, sensitive parts, packing and transport requirements are discussed separately. Piano tuning is not automatically included in this work.
Removal of glass partitions, plasterboard and wall panelling takes account of material condition, fixing points and concealed services. Photos and approximate measurements help with the initial assessment. Work affecting a load-bearing structure is not included without a separate technical assessment.
For homes and commercial premises, we clarify whether the task covers the door leaf, frame and fixings. Tell us if the door will be reused, which surrounding surfaces must be retained and whether later making-good work is required.
